Janet Jackson is venturing into the world of lingerie. The music icon teams up with Australian designer Bruno Schiavi to create a new lingerie range later this year.
The line will be called Pleasure Principle, in reference to her 1987 hit song, and is due to hit US shops in November.
"People have come to me with other ideas, but lingerie is a passion for me, and just like music and acting, I can't do it unless I put 100 percent into it," Jackson said in a statement.
Pleasure Principle line of lingerie will become available in November. The line will initially be sold at US department stores for under $40, reports E! Online. Pleasure Principle is due to expand into Europe, Australia and Japan in the near future.
