The most important architecture, interior design and landscaping event of Latin America, Casa Cor is synonym of good taste, up dated technology, fashionable design, influencing editors and adding value to the associated companies.
Casa Cor has 12 franchises in Brazil and partners in Peru, Panama and Sweden. In 2009 the event will also be expanded to Argentina, Chile and Mexico.
Casa Cor 2008 on its 22nd edition, takes place for the third time at the Jockey Club of Sao Paulo, displaying 69 spaces signed by 88 interior designers and landscapers, who line their projects with the best in technical equipment to facilitate living, and with contemporary textiles - upholsteries, curtains, rugs, carpets - easy to care and fashionable, stimulating differentiated life-styles through creativity and new concepts.
The exhibition is spread across 6.500 sq meters of area. It has 69 spaces and will have 88 professionals and companies participating in the fair. Three thousand professional workers are involved for three months during the mounting (masons, painters, plasterers, electricians, plumbers, besides the architects, interior designers, landscapers)
During the event more then 400 persons, receptionists, security agents, parking-valets, waiters, caterers, charwomen/men and administrative staff work at Casa Cor.
Since its 22 years of existence Casa Cor has attracted a total of 3.7 million visitors and over 66 thousand decorated spaces corresponding to 297 thousand sq meters, prepared by 9700 professionals.
The Casa Cor 2008 interior design theme is the recreation of a Villa of Houses, replicating a more humane way of living far removed from the cold, impersonal and urban condominiums.
