Highlights:
• 2008-09 World mill use estimated at 127.2 million bales, up 160,000 bales from May.
• 2008-09 World production estimated at 116.4 million bales, down 1.6 million bales from May.
• 2008-09 U.S. exports estimated at 15.0 million bales, up 500,000 bales from May.
• 2008-09 U.S. production at 14.5 million bales, down 4.7 million bales from the 2007-08 crop.
• 2008-09 China mill use estimated at 55.0 million bales, down 500,000 bales from May.
