Japan fashion retailer Youyiku decrease China product proportion

Japan biggest fashion retailer Youyiku will decrease China product rate from 90% to 60%.

<> report that Youyiku will decrease China product rate from 90% to 60% and begin to manufacture clothes in South-East Asia, such as Vietnam and Cambodia for raising the manufacture rate to over 30%.

It is reported that this is first time that Youyiku adjust manufacture system since 90s since Yiku develop quickly depending on selling high quality China products with low price. Youyiku not only have cooperated with China fiber factory to manufacture in Vietnam and Cambodia, but also established the office taking charge of manufacture and management and will establish manufacture base in Burma and Philippine.

The analysis in reporter show that two factors contribute to Youyikus act: first, to control the advancing of China manmade fee, second, to avoid the risk of trade dispute between Occident and China ensuring preparing for entering into Occident market.
