Eleven member countries such as France, Italy, Spain, Poland require EU committee to carry out anti-dumping investigation on some textile products which export too quickly. EU committee consider that China is very unsatisfied with EU because China and EU conflict in trade each other During this susceptive period, EU is doom to stimulate China and deteriorate the trade relationship between China and EU if EU carry out anti-dumping investigation on textile. Therefore, EU committee exert big political pressure. However, textile trade is influenced by the politics completely in some member countries, so EU committee is in a quandary because they have to consider the requirement of 11member countries.
