The chairman of Pakistan Textile Export Association-Rana Arif Tauseef said that textile have large development space in Europe market after the cut of anti-dumping tax.
He said that foreign purchasers dare not place the order due to 13.1% anti-dumping tax, however, the anti-dumping tax have fallen to 5.8%. so Pakistan textile stand in the same scratch line with India and other export countries. Rana Arif applaud the effort in loosening of bedding product made by government and minister of commercial Ministry.
With the cutting of anti-dumping tax and GSP project, Pakistan have more advantage than India. However, Pakistans main advantage in textile and bedding is the high quality. PTEA chairman said that Europe purchaser ready to deliver the order to Pakistan manufacture enterprise at any moment due to the charm of high quality.
