The media of Vietnam report that US councilor Max Baucus inform Vietnam that US will offer Permanent Natural Trade Relationship treatment to Vietnam in this August, then will remove all trade bulwark including export quota.
US National Cotton Textile Organization show that Vietnam have reached agreement with US in textile & fashion industry within agreement principals. NCTO inform that Vietnam will not be imposed quota restriction on its textile & fashion product after entering into WTO, if only he consent remove the special allowance to textile industry. NCTO said that Vietnam can spend five years on cash in his consent. If Vietnam can not cash in his consent, US will impose export quota to Vietnam textile export again with the help of international arbitrary or turn to WTO system to solve this problem.
