It is said by Vietnam Trade Ministry that US Textile Agreement Executive Council (CITA) direct the custom to allow Vietnam employ the quota of textile be compensated and transferred in 2005.
Under the urgent request of Vietnam Commerce Ministry, US Textile Agreement Executive Council issue this permission on April.27 to ensure Vietnam getting better quota achievement in the rest time of 2006.
US s decision take effect from May.3,2006.
