South-America jeans manufacturer Santista Textile agreed to unite with Europe cloth factory--Tavex Algdonera, this measure is anticipated to change two companies declining tendency and lead to the emergence of a new jeans magnet Santista Espana that will build new factory in China, India and Central America in 2010.
Before uniting, the annual income of two companies reached about 0.622billion USD. Santista Espana will consolidate of its status as world big jeans factory and increase market share to 15%. New company--Santista Espana is planning to increase annual jeans output from 0.201billion meters to 0.3billion meters in 2010 and extend factory scale, besides, it also hoped to establish new production line in Central America in 2007 because the tax-free preference offered by CAFTA-DR to member countries in central America will bring potential consumers of jeans to company.
