India Textile manufacturers plans to move its manufacture base to Middle-Asia

It is reported by India Media that aiming at increase market share in global, India Textile companies are planning to move manufacture bases to Middle-Asia, especial Uzbekistan and Kazhydromet

The inners addressed that both these two Middle-Asia countries are dominant cotton planting country and can offer generous favorable treatment to India textile companies, such as discount cotton price, favorable electric power charge, free tax for ten years and perfect infrastructure.

On the other hand, India textile company is conducting investment evaluation with reference to the condition of these two countries and EU market advantages.

Follow favorable treatments from Middle-Asia countries such as Kazakstan and Uzbekistan attract this India textile enterprises: the cotton price with discount of 15-20%, unite electric power charge decreased by 2 cents, free tariff for ten years etc.

Uzbekistan has announced they will offer favorable treatment—15% preferential price of spinning cotton,20% garment-orientation cotton price to attract 0.3billion USD from India Textile Co.,Ltd within three years.

Kazakstan also adopts ten-years favorable treatment of free-income tax, free land tax, additional tax to investors.

Only one requirement is delivered by Middle-Asia countries to investors: textile products should made up of 100% cotton, or no less than 30%.
