India : Rakhi and Vandana present at Bride Show in Dubai

Rakhi and Vandana is a brand consistently featuring on international platforms, having held two extremely successful shows in the UK, will now be seen in Dubai at ‘The Bride Show’ in April.
The label was launched two years ago in Delhi by the designer duo. Their collection at Bride 2007 is based upon varied textures and embellishment techniques to give an international feel. The silhouettes are a blend of Indian & Western influence that varies between free flowing & structured.
Designing for a woman who is not apologetic about her sensuality & glamour their collection comprises of singlets like tunics, blouses, skirts & dresses which can be combined for the perfect evening out.
Rakhi said “The Bride Show in Dubai is a prestigious show and we are proud to be participating again this year. We designed silhouettes keeping in mind the core audience at the show and look forward to a long standing commitment to the Middle East and International market”.
With the show featuring leading designers from the Indian sub continent Vandana added “International exposure provides our label and Indian designers with in-roads into new markets and fashion aficionados, over the past year we have worked towards increasing the brand presence in NRI markets through shows such as ‘The Bride Show’.
The Bride Show Dubai takes place under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Wife of His Highness Sheikh Mansour binZayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Presidential Affairs, President of Dubai Establishment for Women Development.
The Bride Show Dubai takes place on 10th - 13th April 2007 at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre and is open daily from 2pm-9.30pm.
