An objection to Beacon Hill's mining lease at the Arthur River magnesite project in north-west Tasmania has been withdrawn.
Executive chairman Justin Lewis said: "The board is delighted that the process before the mining tribunal is now at an end and the group's application can now progress through the remainder of the application process.
"We do not expect any other hurdles and look forward to being granted a mining lease."
