The challenges of product and service innovation remain, more than ever, at the heart of Kerneos strategy and Parr will be responsible for pursuing and strengthening the actions in line with this strategy. He keeps a functional responsibility for the management and coordination of Kerneos' worldwide network of application support and development experts.
Parr has more than 25 years experience in the field of monolithics and has been with Kerneos for 15 years where he previously held posts in the marketing and technical departments. He is a member of the American ceramic society, the Institute of Refractory Engineers, has authored more than 60 technical papers and is a previous winner of the Wakabayashi award in Japan.
