PetroChina reportedly offers oil-spill help to BP company
An executive with PetroChina (PTR, 0857.HK) said his company would welcome the "opportunity to work more closely together" with BP (BP, BP.LN), The Financial Times reports on its website Sunday. According to the report, Mao Zefeng, head of investor relations with PetroChina, told the FT his company had already reached out to BP to offer engineering and technical help with the ongoing Gulf oil spill.
