Du Lala, born in the late 1970s, worked in a private company after graduating from college. To pursue the dream of working in one of the World Top 500 Enterprises like her boyfriend as well as to avoid her boss s harassment, Lala applied for a job in DB company and ultimately got a position in administration department. Working in a foreign enterprise for eight years, Lala developed from an innocent sales assistant to a competent HR manager. She witnessed the rapid changes in the workplace and also underwent all kinds of trials.
The heroine Du Lala is a classic representative of middle class. She receives normal education but has no social backgrounds. Her success attributes to her own efforts. For most of the people, it is more worthwhile to learn from her story than that of Bill Gates.
