Eritrea held a national governors conference to ensure the food security

The "Image Report" in Eritrea showed that the President Isaias held a conference on March 10. There are 6 province governors and ministers for local government participated in the conference. They put the stress on the national development plan and how to guarantee the grain security problem in 2011.

Isaias pointed out that the food security, water and soil conservation is the key. He said that this is a long-term difficult work. It requests Provincial governors overcome difficulties diligently, strengthen natural resource protection and vegetation protection and enhance the output of grain and garden stuff. Isaias requests various provinces unify own superiority and draw up the agricultural production plan which is oriented by export.
