Stella International Holdings Ltd (Xinghang Shoe) is one of ten largest shoemakers in the world, and the top one in Asia. nowadays the board chairman Jiang Zhigang made an inspection to his hometown in Shaoyang city, Hunan province on November 9, 2010, and hoped to realize his nine years strategic plan in his hometown. He said a new shoemaking town will be build here.
Currently Stella International Holdings Ltd (Xinghang Shoe) has many shoe production bases in mainland China, such as in Guangdong, Guangxi, Hebei, Shanghai, Liaoning Provinces as well as in Hong Kong, which has provided total of 80,000 jobs.
In recent years Jiang Zhigang has been donated over 10 million yuan to his hometown for building schools, roads and bridges. This year Xinghang Shoe launched two shoemaking factories in Shaoyang city, both have put into operation so far.
