China: leather shoes exports up 25% in the first nine months

The leather shoes exports in September recorded a growth of 22.8% in volume and 40% hiking in value, the total amount of exports for the first nine months reached 770 million paris that are worth US$7.92 billion, up 14.6% and 25% respectively. For the same period of last year the leather shoe exports reported a 23.8% decline in pairs and a 15.7% reducing in value.
In terms of imports on the same products the value saw a growth of 25.1% year on year to US$420 million, and pairs up 11.1% to 11.22 million, which are great improved than previous year.
The average value for per pairs on imports and exports of leather shoe maintain steady rising, 9.1% surging on exports to US$ 10.28 for per pairs, and 12.6% growth on imports to US$36.99 for per pairs.
