ORIGINALLY planned for March, April and October each year, the Shanghai Fashion Festival and the Shanghai Fashion Week will be extended from March into October to integrate with the overall plan of the World Expo.
As a special present to the World Expo, Shanghai Fashion Festival and Fashion Week, will stage a spectacular tailor-made "Special World Expo Presentation" series during the Expo opening in May. The main fashion event "Asia`s Fashion Bloom" will be held from 13 to 16 May at the Shanghai International Fashion Centre, which has been reformed from the century-old Shanghai No. 17 Cotton and Textile Factory.
