Luwan Lauches Global "Shikumen" Souvenirs Solicitation Campaign

RECENTLY, Shanghai`s Shikumen complex in the Luwan District consisting of Shangxian Square, Bugao Li, Meilan Square, Mingde Li, and other properties, launched a first ever creative cultural and tourism product design competition with the "Shikumen style" as the theme, so as to openly solicit take-home "Shikumen" souvenir entries from the public both at home and abroad.
In this Design Contest, Shikumen must feature as the creative foundation, and entries will, according to historical and cultural perspectives and architectural features of Shikumen, be divided into two categories for judging, namely "Shikumen Tourism Craft Creations" and "Shikumen Tourism Daily Commodity Creations".
The Competition will be open at home and abroad for one month (deadline being March 30), interested people can download the application form and register through the Luwan Culture Window (http://whzc.luwan.sh.cn) where they can also obtain more detailed information with regards to the Competition.
