THE China Pavilion at the 2010 World Expo will have 58 volunteers to help visitors during the 184-day event, the Expo organizer said yesterday.
Reservations are essential at the building, which can only accommodate 50,000 people each day. Some 400,000 visitors are expected to visit the Expo site daily.
All the volunteers at the pavilion will be able to speak English and have received first-aid training.
The first batch of 220 Expo volunteers started work yesterday. They will lead the other 77,000 volunteers at the event.
