Wayne Rooney's goal has given Manchester United a 1-0 win at Chelsea in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie.
Following his hat-trick against West Ham last weekend, Rooney linked with Ryan Giggs' pass in the penalty area and angled one past goalkeeper Petr Cech to give United their first win at Stamford Bridge in nine years.
Meanwhile, in Spain, Barcelona demolished Ukraine's Shakhtar Donetsk 5-1 to close in on a mouth-watering semi-final match-up with Real Madrid.
Andres Iniesta scored in the second minute, and his side didn't look back as Barca ran up a massive home win.
The second legs of the ties are set for next week.
