VSF sales improve constantly and inventory declines apparently, but downstream plants are still looking for low-priced goods, so deals are hard to be concluded at high rates. High-end VSF 1.5D is mainly quoted at 25600yuan/mt and medium-grade goods at 25300yuan/mt. Fresh business present modest but goods witness better sales at 25000yuan/mt.
