PLM GoLive mirrors Schneider production process

In future, the Schneiders Bekleidungsgesellschaft m.b.H. of Salzburg, Austria will be using PLM GoLive, the new PLM system (Product Life Cycle Management) by assyst.
Schneiders was convinced by the system s built-in workflow function, through which the company can standardize and optimize the processes involved in prototype development, sample doubling and production preparation. The system will also improve and optimize cooperation between Schneider s different sites.
PLM GoLive mirrors our production process. The direct link to our CAD and ERP system was a decisive factor for us, since our workflow in pattern construction can be tracked in real time and integrated into the overall process, says Matthias Melitz, Technical Manager at Schneiders.
Schneider develops four brand name collections of high-quality menswear and ladies wear for a global clientele.
The functionalities of PLM GoLive are based on a reference process, which completely covers product development in the apparel sector, from framework collection planning and final transfer to production. After installation and training, the system is therefore ready for immediate use. PLM GoLive can also be adapted to the situation in your own company.
The Human Solutions GmbH has taken over all software products, software-related services and the software-related hardware supplies of the former assyst GmbH from that company's insolvency estate in 2009.
