Apple now says its white iPhone 4 will be available in nearly 30 countries and regions, including China, Thursday.
This comes some 10 months after the black model hit the market.
The iPhone 4 first went on sale on in June.
Apple had planned to provide both white and black models at that time.
However, the company has delayed the launch of the white iPhone 4 several times, citing manufacturing challenges.
Apple has also announced that the iPad 2, the second generation of its tablet computer, will arrive in Japan today.
It goes on sale in Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore and 8 more countries tomorrow.
The iPad 2, which has Wi-Fi capabilities, is set to be released here on the mainland the following Friday, May 6th.
