TOKYO - Kirin Holdings will sell its entire 25 percent stake in Dalian Daxue Brewery to Anheuser-Busch InBev for an undisclosed amount as the Japanese beer maker reorganises its production in China, the Reuters reported on Tuesday, citing the company's spokeswoman.
Kirin, which took the stake in 2004, will continue to own stakes in two other Chinese breweries, the report quoted the spokeswoman as saying.
In addition, according to a japanese newspaper, the deal was valued at tens of millions of dollars, it said.
