The Mongolian word Manduhai means "prosperity". The famous woman politician Manduhaichichen experienced numerous tribulations in her life, but she never gave in. She had settled the confusions, which lasted more than one hundred years among Mongolian tribes and unified the Mongolian tribes. The most remarkable event in her life is that under her influence, the relationship between Mongolian nationality and Han had greatly improved.
So the park was named after her name. The park was first built in 1973, and opened to the public on the first day of October 1982. With a total coverage of 18 hectares, the park is full of various flowers and grasses, which shows prosperous scenery. The rockeries and ponds in park reflect each other.
