Trip to Yangshuo, an interesting thing is to learn how to cook Chinese food in a farmhouse in the countryside village. Yangshuo Cooking School, the cooperator of us, offers our customers the opportunity to learn how to cook authentic Chinese cuisines in a traditional setting.
This half day course begins with a visit to the local market where all raw materials and ingredients are bought for the school, an interesting excursion in itself. In the class, the skilled and knowledgeable chefs will impart the secrets of Chinese cooking art in a friendly and fun atmosphere. They emphasize a teaching style based on actually doing rather than watching. After cooking the five dishes, you will eat lunch (or dinner) of your own creations overlooking the rice fields and karst hills!
