Sanya Bay, about 15 minutes drive from downtown Sanya, is the longest bay on Hainan Island, stretching 20 kilometers. Some people find it less impressive than Yalong Bay or Dadonghai Bay, but this is a place where tradition is still strong, where you can see local people fishing with nets - something you won t see at the other bays. The view of the sunset from Sanya Bay is also the best in Hainan.
