YANTAI, May 24, 2005 The 6th Youth's Palace of Peace and Culture will be held in Penglai from Aug. 20 to 24. The preparatory work has officially started.
It is said, this palace inlcudes several activities. They are Peace Sculpture Invitational Tournament, promulgation party of Penglaige Pavilion Photographic Competition, academic meeting Ancient Dengzhou Port, Chinese grape wine annual meeting, Peace Palace calligraphy and art exposition, patriotic movie week, street corner music performance, Shandong Youth Windsurfboard Championship Tournament and various art performance.
The outstanding works of the sculpture invitational tournament will be saved and become the eternal peaceful memorial.
