| It may not be buildings inside the World Expo Park but a whale floating above the Park will be noticed first by visitors when the Shanghai World Expo opens in May, 2010. Developed and made by China Electronics Technology Group Corporation Research Institute 38, the whale-like on-board tethered balloon monitoring system will safeguard the whole World Expo. It is the first world-class tethered balloon product for the use of public security in China. |
