Lishui Completed the Work of 2011 Policy Rural Housing Insurance

By February 28th, a total number of 531, 70 rural families in Lishui had participated in 2010 policy rural housing insurance scheme, the premium income reaching 7,976,900 yuan. The coverage rate adding up to 95.46%, Lishui fully achieved the objective rate of 80% designated by the provincial government.
According to statistics, Lishui s claim amount has totalled 39.4155 million yuan since the scheme was first started in 2007; the average loss ratio reached up to 122.28 percent, 55.89 percentage points higher than the provincial average.
