Five distinguished guests from British Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) received warm welcome, before they began their lectures, from teachers and students of Chemical School of ECUSTon Oct.22, 2008. British Royal Society of Chemistry is the largest chemical society in Europe, with more than 30 kinds of chemical journals, and databases.
The report meeting started with a welcome speech made by Professor Qian Xuhong, president of ECUST. And then it was followed by reports entitled RSC Publishing & Chinese Science - Going for Gold! from the Dr. Sarah Thomas, editor-in-chief of ChemComm and Molecular BioSystems (journals of RSC) and Dr. Jamie Humphrey, editor-in-chief of Photochemical & Photobiological Sciences, Dalton Transactions and CrystEngComm.
