Open of the First Meeting of Board of Directors of Tianjin Tasly Sants Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd

The first meeting of Board of Directors of Tianjin Tasly Sants Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd was held in Tasly Modern TCM Town on Nov.5th, 2007. Directors, John Branson Nuttall General Manager of COOP Group and Yan Xijun President of Tasly Group ect., were present at the meeting with attendance of supervisors and senior managers.

At the beginning of the meeting, with the announcement of company Business License and the appointment by the spokesman, the First Session of Board of Directors of Tianjin Tasly Sants PharmaceuticalCo., Ltd is founded. The Meeting passed though the commitment of Yan Xijun as President of Tianjin Sants Pharmaceutical Co., Ltdand John Branson Nuttall Vice president, Jonathan David Brocklehurst, Gurnik Singh Sanghara, Sun He and Wang Hongyi Directors, and Pei Fucai Supervisor.
Later, President Yan Xijun chaired the meeting. The meeting progressed with approval of all proposals after agreement by directors as well as signature of relevant resolution. Besides, the meeting also conducted an overall summary towards preliminary organization, appointed a senior manager team with Robert Grace as the General Manager as well as arranged works before next meeting.

It is on July 30th, 2007 that Tasly Group signed agreement with COOP Group, which marks cooperation of the two parties. OnOct.30th, 2007,Tianjin Tasly Sants Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd is founded when Business License was issued. With the open of first Board of Directors on this Nov.5th, Tianjin Tasly Sants Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd goes into normal operation.
