Forte Successfully Acquires Four Parcels of Land in Taiyuan

On February 3, 2010, Shanghai Forte, in conjunction with Shanxi Deyi Cultural Industry Group has won the rights to four parcels of land, for a consideration of Rmb 454 million.

The land is located in east Taiyuan s Ying Ze district, totaling 51.89 hectare, of which 90% is zoned for residential purpose, while 10% is commercial. Both groups with jointly develop the project.
