Premiere of model houses at Park Town fuels stellar sales

On October 11, Shanghai Forte unveiled the model houses at Sunshine Villa, the third phase of Park Town, a villa project on Dushi Road, south of Xuhui in Shanghai. Three model houses with different decoration styles are presented in the grandly-set display area.

Along with the premiere of the model houses, Forte also offered the third batch of 50 villas. Many customers, having been paying close attention on the project and attracted by the quality of the model houses, made their purchase decisions amid warm atmosphere. 70% of the released villas were sold on the same day.
