Zheng Feng, Vice-secretary General of Hainan Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Liang Su, Vice-minister of Hainan Provincial Ministry of Organization, Mr. Chen Haibo, Head of Provincial Department of Finance, Mr. Li Jianfei, Head of Provincial Ministry of Housing & Urban-Rural Development, Mr. Zhang Qi, Secretary of Danzhou Municipal Party committee, Mr.

Li Jianghua, Vice-secretary of Danzhou Municipal Party committee and Mayor, and Mr. Jiao Yong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Evergrande Real Estate Group Hainan Company, accompanied him in the investigation.

Chairman Jiao Yong, introduced the strength of Evergrande brand, the development plan of Evergrande in Hainan, and the construction of Evergrande projects in Hainan to the investigation delegation in details. Secretary Wei Liucheng carefully listened to the introduction, and gave high appraisal of Evergrande.

Secretary Wei said that Evergrande Real Estate is a brand real estate development enterprise with strength. Hainan Province welcomes the arrival of Evergrande Company. We believe that Evergrande Real Estate will promote the construction of Hainan Province as the international tourism island.

After listening to the introduction to the project of Danzhou Evergrande Splendor, Secretary Wei said that he hoped that Evergrande Real Estate Group could construct the project of Danzhou Evergrande Splendor as a high-quality, high-grade and low-density noble tourism and resort project, and the benchmarking project of Hainan Province. In addition, Secretary Wei said that governments at all levels of Hainan Province should continue to provide considerate services for enterprises to support the investment and development of large-scale enterprises such as Evergrande in Hainan.

It is reported that since Evergrande Real Estate Group entered Hainan at the end of 2009, it has got the high attention and powerful support of provincial and municipal leaders at all levels of Hainan Province. At present, Evergrande Real Estate Group Hainan Company has successfully started construction in Haikou and Danzhou. The projects under construction include Haikou Evergrande Oasis, Danzhou Evergrande Splendor, and Danzhou Evergrande Metropolis.
