Agile s Guangzhou recorded a hot sale of over RMB6,600 million in 2010
For the property market of Guangzhou, 2010 was the year of the most stringent macro-control and the harshest market environment. While other developers chose to reschedule the launch of projects one after another, Agile Property strove against the challenging environment in Guangzhou. It launched four property developments (excluding Asian Games Town in Guangzhou) in the year, insisting on launching any project once it has fulfilled the pre-sale conditions. Thanks to its strong brand, the trend of home purchase and high value of its products, the sales volume went up throughout the period, which was even able to create different sales legends such as project completely sold within one hour , over 1,000 flats sold soon after the launch and winning of the monthly sales champion in a region . As at 31 December 2010, Agile Property launched 8 phases in four property developments (namely Lake King ( ) , Coastal Noble ( ) , Star King ( ) and Burghley Hill ( ) of Agile Cambridgeshire; Agile Huajianji; Ten-year Xiaoya ( ) of Agile Garden Guangzhou; and Phases I and II of Star ( ) of Agile Hongxi Huating) in Guangzhou in 2010 and realized a contractual sales amount of over RMB6,600 million for the year.
Ten-year Xiaoya: recorded a sales amount of RMB2,600 million and a sales volume of over 2000 flats, making Ten-year Xiaoya a perfect last product
Cambridgeshire: recorded a sales amount of over RMB2,600 million under 4 major brands, becoming the most popular benchmark housing development in deluxe property market of Guangzhou
Huajianji: marked a hot sale of RMB800 million, which lived up to the expectation of being the top brand in the property market of Huadu
Star: marked a hot sale of RMB600 million, which created a miracle of selling out all the flats within one hour at an average sales speed of 1 flat/30 seconds
