The Strategic Forum to establish a harmonious society and Construct Spiritual Civilization sponsored by Spiritual Civilization Newspaper the only publicized media in Spiritual Civilization United Front, focused on Harmony, Innovation, Communication and Develop was held on 12th, November, 2005.
