The time point of the sixth national census is zero o clock on November 1st, 2010. th district government of Xicheng will make a thorough investigation of the changes on the scale, structure, distribution and living environment of the population within the district.
According to the mobilization rally, the main content of the investigation is the population and the basic information of households in Xicheng district, including hukou registrition status, level of education, registration transfermation, social security and housing condition. The object for census are Chinese citizens living in China and foreign people who live in China permanently or for a certain period of time. The census will be finished in June, 2012.
