On Oct. 28, 2009, Prof. Vel.R.RANGARAJAN, Chancellor of VEL TECH TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY, India, visits NUC with his delegation.
At 11:00, Zhang Wendong, NUC President, meets the India representatives at the 4th Meeting Room, Zongsheng, Director of International Office, NUC, attends the meeting with his office workers. At the meeting, President Zhang Wendong gives a brief introduction to the teaching and education, scientific research of NUC, and has a discussion on students exchange program, the cooperation in running schools, teachers visits and the building of Confucius Institute. Finally, a memorandum on cooperation between NUC and UFV was signed.

In the afternoon, India representatives pay a visit to Instrumentation Science and Dynamic Measurement Laboratory, NUC.
