Invited by State Councilor Liu Yandong, State University of New York SUNY Presidents delegation visited Southwest University of Science and Technology (SWUST). President of SWUST Prof. Xiao Zhengxue welcomed them and communicated intensively with Presidents from SUNY. Mr. Xiao said, What an amazement to meet friends from a far. In the welcome ceremony, Mr. Xiao introduced SWUST and expressed the intention for cooperation to the delegation members, who come from the SUNY Alfred State, Binghamton, Buffalo State, Clinton, Maritime, System, SUNY FIT.
