28 April, 2009, Madam Frau Brigitte Zypries, Minister of Justice of Germany, was conferred Honorary Professor at No.1 Conference Rm at ScienceBuilding.
The minister gave a splendid speech titled 60 Years, German Constitution . She said this year both China and Germany will hold celebrations marking founding of new China and Enactment of German Constitution since 60 years ago. She introduced to the attendance that German Constitution laid a foundation for the prosperity of the nation, and widely accepted by its citizen. The core of German Constitution focused on the human rights and the protection of it and the limitation on public power for private interests, etc. After the speech, she interacted with the students and answered questions raised by them.
