INTERTEXMILANO®/ READY to SHOW® is held during MILANO UNICA, the most important Italian Fabrics & Accessories Exhibition regrouping the 5 different Italian fabrics fairs (MODA IN, IDEA BIELLA, IDEA COMO, PRATO EXPO, SHIRT AVENUE) which used to be held separately at different places and at different time in the past. Over 25,000 Italian, European and international buyers will be in Milan during this period ....

Application
In order to proceed with the registration of the companies we need to receive the application form duly filled and signed in by fax.
Standard Booth Package
9 sq.m. (min. booth size) fully equipped booth: 3 meters wide, 3meters deep, 2.5 meters high.
Includes light grey forex aluminium panel 1,60 cm height, structure 2,50 height, fascia board with company name and booth number, 1 table 80 x 80, 3 chairs, 4m hanging rails, 1 coat hanger, 3 spot lights, 1 socket, 1 waste paper basket, carpeting, exhibitors' badges, 1 page in the official catalogue. Larger booths will be equipped proportionally. Additional furniture available upon request.
Booth allocation
The organizer reserves the right to allocate the booths according to product types, taking into consideration the size of each space booked. Priority will be given on "First In First Served" basis.
Visa Question
For visa application we will prepare invitation letter for your presentation to the local Italian Consulate for visa application if you need it, after receiving the information from DPL London that they have received your first payment.
If you have several applicants and in the end you can only obtain one visa, DPL London will still consider that you are in the position to exhibit.
DPL London will refund you (less administrative costs, 300 Euro of the total amount) if you fail to obtain the necessary visa to participate at the show with only one exception i.e. if the Italian Consulate or other equivalent authorities consider your application not genuine - your company does not have the characteristics suitable for the show.
Invitation Cards For Your Clients
We will also send you invitation cards to be sent by you to your clients. If requested we can make for you a selection of 50 buyers/ clothing industry/ importers from our data base and send it to you by e-mail for your direct contact. This service is free of charge for exhibitors.
