In the second quarter of 2010 a total of 49 IPOs by Chinese VC PE backed enterprises took place on stock exchanges accounting for 42.2%of all the IPO transactions and raked in a combined amount of USD 6.479 biillion accounting for 17.4%of the total amount Compared with the previous quarter the VC PE backed IPOs saw a 52.1%and 9.6%rise respectively in terms of deal number and fundraising amount
