Nanning: First Land Lots for Green Building Demonstration Community
The attention-drawing Lots for Green Building Demonstration Community in Guangxi, and the first one of its kind in Nanning, were successfully transferred on Oct. 27. Guangxi Zhongyi Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Nanning Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. of China National Real Estate Development Group Corporation won the bid for the land use right to the aforesaid land lots with the bidding prices of 180 RMB yuan and 451.7 RMB yuan respectively.
The first one of its kind in Guangxi, the project was a new measure in land transfer for developing green building with great significance in response to climate change by promoting energy saving and emission reduction, increasing energy efficiency, popularizing low carbon production and lifestyle.
