AOC got the acquisition permission to buy Philips TV Business in China

The Anti-Trust Committee of European Union announced they deem this event does not have too much effect on the competitation in European market, after they reviewed the deal.

AOC is famous for it EMS Service in TV and Monitor, it have reached agreement with Philips last September that AOC will purchase the TV Brand Sales right and market development business in China.

European Commission deemed AOC acquisition of Philips TV Business in China is just a small share in European market, AOC have to face many competitive Brands meanwhile, so they launched the license.

Philips does not only intend to sale it TV Business in China, other TV Business in North America , Mexico and India are also planed to be sold.
