A gathering was held for Starcrest home-owners 2006-08-28

To express thankfulness to Foshan Starcrest's home-owners and to initiate the property's cultural facilities set-up, a gathering named "Neighborhood Celebrating the moving in of first-batch of residents" was held on18 August 2006. At the gathering, China Overseas Property specially distributed to each owner the "Starcrest : Living brochure" first of its kind introduced in Foshan; and "Starcrest : Home Finance Management brochure" first of its kind introduced in mainland's property market.

Details on the residents' interests and hobbies were collected as well, so as to facilitate planning and setting-up of future cultural facilities in the community.
