On 11th December 2006, China Overseas Property obtained a new land bank in Hanzhou, which is located at First Bridge of Qianjiang river district in Binjinag Region. The land offers a net site area of 47,735 square meter, with plot ratio of 2.5 and gross construction area of 120,000 square meter. The company s expansion strategy in Pearl River Delta Region is further consolidated with this land acquisition.
