A new milestone in Suzhou - Entering into Suzhou main city 2007-01-30

On 19th January 2007, China Overseas Property acquired a new residentail-use land parcel numbered 2006-B-19 in the south-west of Suzhou Old City area. Occupying a site area of 48,000 square meter with plot ratio of 3.5, the land is adjacent to the 60-meter wide Xu River and captures a 300-meter-long river view. The Xu River district is currently under reconstruction and possesses huge appreciation value.
